Our take
The Numark NS6 is a great used find for under $300. Four channels with line/phono switches mean you can connect turntables and CDJs alike, and the built-in sound card keeps setup clean. The jog wheels are touch-sensitive and work well for scratching. The LED illumination is bright and helpful in dark clubs. However, being a used unit, some wear is expected—my unit had a few scuffs, but everything worked. The lack of dedicated pad modes is a limitation compared to newer controllers. If you want a budget 4-channel setup with Serato, this is a solid workhorse.
